Service Description

Next Course - January 17 - March 14, 2019 (no class on February 21). Thursdays from 4-5pm. This small group course (Grades 4-6) will teach children ways to explore their thoughts and behaviours related to stressful experiences and help them to practice safe stress management. Parents will also be provided with a session to learn these strategies to help their child to be more comfortable with challenge, discomfort and uncertainty.
