Worry Warriors Group - 8 week course

Service Description

Tuesdays from 4-5pm for 8 weeks, January 15 - March 12 (no class over Feb break). This small group course (Grades 1-3) will provide your child with fun strategies to help understand worry and tackle anxiety, as well as build resilience, social awareness, and emotional control. Your child will learn practical skills to cope with life's challenges, and parents will be invited to one session as well to learn these strategies so that you may support your child, and help them to thrive and reach their potential in all that they strive to achieve.
