Service Description

Thursdays from 6-7:30pm for 4 weeks, November 29th - December 20th. This small group course will help students in grades 9 - 12 learn study strategies, develop an awareness of the triggers that cause them stress related to exams and school, and learn individualized study skills and strategies for coping successfully.
