Shayna is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11254785) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and extensive experience in education and counselling, working with adults, children, teens, and families to combat anxiety and help to reach potential in all areas of life. Coralee Pringle-Nelson MEd, RPsych
Coralee is a Registered Psychologist (SK#638) in Saskatchewan. She has a PhD in Educational Administration, with a research focus in leadership and Posttraumatic Growth. She has been practicing in the mental health and education fields for more than 15 years. In addition to her clinical work, she provides training in areas such as trauma informed leadership, discrimination and harassment prevention, workplace wellness, and crisis response in organizational settings.
Coralee’s therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Energy Psychology methods (including EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), alongside other evidence‑informed practices.

Raelee Dubyk MSW, RSW
Raelee is a Registered Social Worker (#6828) with a Master of Social Work Clinical Specialization and experience in providing trauma-informed counselling with adults and teens (12+). She has a passion for working with survivors of abuse, domestic violence, complex trauma, as well as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. In her practice she offers a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where she works together with clients to navigate, understand, and manage their internal experiences and help clients move in a direction that heals and aligns with their values and goals. She is an EMDR therapist and takes an integrative, evidence-based approach that also draws on theories including Somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT).

Ciara Middlebrook MSW, RSW
Ciara is a Registered Social Worker (#4985‑SK / #18109‑AB) based in Saskatoon, SK, with a Master of Social Work and experience providing trauma‑informed counselling to adults and youth (14+). She supports individuals navigating life stressors, anxiety, depression, burnout, post‑traumatic stress, complex trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and the impacts of intimate partner and relational violence and abuse, and high‑control groups. Ciara also works with those experiencing emotional ups and downs, life transitions, and periods of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps.
Ciara brings a warm, grounded, and down‑to‑earth presence to her work and values creating a space where clients feel safe, genuinely understood, and able to show up as they are.
