Shayna Das MSc, MA, CCC

Shayna is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11254785) based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. Her background also includes graduate training and research in Health Behaviour through the University of London, UK, which continues to inform her understanding of behaviour change, health, and psychological wellbeing. As the owner and Clinical Director of Shayna Das Counselling, she is passionate about creating a warm, evidence-informed practice where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make lasting change. In addition to her clinical work, Shayna facilitates the Saskatchewan EMDR Peer Consultation Group, fostering ongoing consultation, collaboration, and professional growth within the EMDR community.

Shayna works with individuals experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative disorders (including DID), ADHD, emotional dysregulation, motivation and goal-setting difficulties, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. She also has a particular interest in supporting healthcare professionals, first responders, and individuals recovering from complex or developmental trauma.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Shayna is a Certified EMDR Therapist and integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change.

Shayna has a particular interest in trauma and OCD treatment programs that combine evidence-based therapies in both individual and group settings. In addition to traditional weekly counselling, she offers trauma-focused intensive therapy sessions for clients who may benefit from a more immersive and accelerated approach to treatment.

Whether clients are seeking relief from longstanding emotional pain or looking to build confidence, resilience, and greater balance in their lives, Shayna strives to provide a safe, respectful, and encouraging space where meaningful growth can occur.

Coralee Pringle-Nelson MEd, RPsych

Coralee is a Registered Psychologist (SK#638) in Saskatchewan. She has a PhD in Educational Administration, with a research focus in leadership and Posttraumatic Growth. She has been practicing in the mental health and education fields for more than 15 years. In addition to her clinical work, she provides training in areas such as trauma informed leadership, discrimination and harassment prevention, workplace wellness, and crisis response in organizational settings. 

Coralee’s therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Energy Psychology methods (including EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), alongside other evidence‑informed practices.

She works with clients ages 12 and up, supporting a range of concerns including: • Depression, anxiety, and trauma‑related difficulties • Stress, burnout, and work–life balance • Suicidality, self‑harm, and responses to critical incidents • Family and parenting challenges, including learning and school‑based concerns • Life transitions, adjustment issues, and personal growth • Substance use, recovery‑related changes, and navigating harmful or controlling groups • Performance, focus, and achievement‑related challenges

In addition to her clinical practice, Coralee offers Mental Health Empowered Leadership Consulting for early and mid‑career leaders—particularly women and disabled leaders—who want to strengthen their own mental wellness while also developing the confidence and clarity to support employees navigating mental health challenges.

This consulting space is reflective, trauma‑informed, and tailored to real‑world leadership demands. It helps leaders build steady, sustainable practices without adding unnecessary emotional labour or additional weight to their role.

Raelee Dubyk MSW, RSW

Raelee is a Registered Social Worker (#6828) with a Master of Social Work Clinical Specialization and experience in providing trauma-informed counselling with adults and teens (12+). She has a passion for working with survivors of abuse, domestic violence, complex trauma, as well as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. In her practice she offers a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where she works together with clients to navigate, understand, and manage their internal experiences and help clients move in a direction that heals and aligns with their values and goals. She is an EMDR therapist and takes an integrative, evidence-based approach that also draws on theories including Somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT).

Ciara Middlebrook MSW, RSW

Ciara is a Registered Social Worker (#4985‑SK / #18109‑AB) based in Saskatoon, SK, with a Master of Social Work and experience providing trauma‑informed counselling to adults and youth (14+). She supports individuals navigating life stressors, anxiety, depression, burnout, post‑traumatic stress, complex trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and the impacts of intimate partner and relational violence and abuse, and high‑control groups. Ciara also works with those experiencing emotional ups and downs, life transitions, and periods of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps.

Ciara brings a warm, grounded, and down‑to‑earth presence to her work and values creating a space where clients feel safe, genuinely understood, and able to show up as they are. Her work is informed by research and life experience and draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, and narrative, somatic, and mindfulness‑based approaches. Through collaboration and compassionate support, Ciara helps clients move toward healing, increased self‑understanding, and greater confidence as they navigate life’s challenges with self‑compassion and care.
