Her professional background includes individual counselling, crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning, with experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. She brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to her work and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

Raelee has a particular passion for working with survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and complex trauma. She also supports individuals experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, stress and burnout, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. She recognizes that every client's experiences and needs are unique and works collaboratively with individuals to better understand their internal experiences, develop emotional regulation, strengthen resilience, and move toward goals that align with their personal values.
Raelee is a certified EMDR therapist who takes an integrative, evidence-informed approach to counselling. Her work draws from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, Attachment Theory, mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She tailors her therapeutic approach to each client's individual needs, drawing on different perspectives and techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
Her professional experience includes supporting survivors of violence and abuse, as well as working in community-based settings where she has provided advocacy, crisis support, and assistance navigating complex life circumstances. Her background in education and social work further informs her ability to help clients develop practical skills, recognize their strengths, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Whether clients are processing difficult experiences, managing everyday emotional challenges, or seeking healthier relationships and greater balance, Raelee works alongside them to build understanding, foster personal growth, and support healing at a pace that feels right for them.
Raelee accepts NIHB and Métis Nation of Saskatchewan clients and bills these programs directly.
