Eileen Schmidt BSW, MSW

I am a Registered Social Worker in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a Master of Social Work and extensive experience counselling adults, teens, and families. In my practice I offer evidence-based solutions while working with my clients' strengths to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, goal setting, emotional dysregulation, distress, grief, relationship difficulties and family conflict. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative, somatic and mindfulness strategies to help my clients' reach their goals and live their best life.
