Shayna Das M.Sc., M.A., R.T.C.

Shayna is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (#2487) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and experience in education and counselling working with adults, children, teens, and families to combat anxiety and help to reach potential in all areas of life. Her practice offers individual and group sessions for managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, motivation and goal setting issues, emotional dysregulation, and parenting struggles. She uses EMDR, CBT, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness strategies to help to internalize the strategies you need to thrive.
